General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hd999 ("hd999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hd999 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at hd999.net and all associated mobile or web interfaces ("the Platform"). Age Restriction

hd999 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification for all registered accounts. Players will be required to submit a valid form of government-issued identification — such as a Bangladeshi National ID Card (NID) or valid passport — confirming that they are 18 years of age or older before any withdrawal request can be processed and, in some cases, before depositing is permitted.

Where hd999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending completion of age verification. During the suspension period, gameplay and deposits will be restricted, and no withdrawal of funds will be permitted. If verification confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all funds deposited will be returned to the payment source, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited.

Players who knowingly provide false age information during registration or KYC, or who assist a person under 18 in accessing the Platform, commit a serious breach of these Terms. hd999 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in such cases and to share relevant information with appropriate authorities in Bangladesh.

Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active hd999 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same Bangladeshi mobile number, the same National ID, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and withdrawals will be withheld pending investigation. hd999 reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate accounts and retain any associated balances.

Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your hd999 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hd999 support immediately via live chat. hd999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at hd999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hd999 does not charge currency conversion fees, and no foreign exchange rate is applied to your account balance. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

Deposits

hd999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your hd999 account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance, subject to the processing schedules of the originating Bangladeshi financial institution.

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. hd999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit received from an unverified or third-party source will be reversed to the originating account and the corresponding transaction will be voided.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your account and registered in your own name. The following processing timeframes apply under standard conditions for KYC-verified accounts:

• Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank: 1–3 business days

hd999 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, if a deposit was made and the funds were not wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is submitted, hd999 reserves the right to deduct any payment processing costs incurred from the withdrawal amount. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests queued until verification is finalised.

Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all payment methods and are published in the hd999 cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification tier. hd999 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time and will endeavour to notify affected players in advance where practicable.

Bonus Policy

hd999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general Bonus Policy, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, and other promotional awards at hd999 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked using the bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types are stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagers placed on games excluded from wagering contribution (as listed per promotion) will not count towards the fulfilment of the requirement.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses at hd999 carry an expiry date or time window within which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Bonus Abuse

hd999 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotional offer across multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies (such as arbitrage or matched-betting patterns) to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to collectively meet wagering requirements, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, hd999 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account permanently.

Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses at hd999 are available exclusively to new players making their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who have previously held an hd999 account — including accounts that were subsequently closed — are not eligible for a new welcome bonus upon re-registration.

User Obligations

By using the hd999 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the Platform, the security of all players, and the compliance standing of hd999.

Prohibited Activities

Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the hd999 Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. hd999 makes no representation that the Platform is legal for use in all locations. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.

Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to hd999 at registration, during KYC, or at any other point during your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and current. hd999 relies on the accuracy of player-provided information for compliance purposes. Providing inaccurate or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Closure

Either the Player or hd999 may initiate the closure of a player account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Player-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your hd999 account, you may submit a closure request at any time via the live chat support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any active bonus balances will be forfeited in accordance with the Bonus Policy. Account closure requests submitted through the self-exclusion pathway are subject to the specific terms described on the Responsible Gaming page and are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.

hd999-Initiated Closure

hd999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmed or suspected identity fraud, account takeover, or financial crime
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Identification of duplicate or linked accounts
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities
• Reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or sports manipulation activity

Where hd999 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited in full. Where account closure is initiated by hd999 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, commercial decisions or regulatory changes), the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no Login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. hd999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the account terms. Players will be notified by available contact means prior to dormancy fees being applied. If a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed and may not be reactivated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hd999 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct losses, indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, and losses resulting from reliance on Platform content.

Platform Availability

hd999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, and events beyond hd999's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. hd999 will endeavour to restore full Platform availability as promptly as practicable and will notify players of significant planned maintenance periods in advance.

Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes at hd999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. hd999 does not control individual game outcomes and accepts no liability for any losses resulting from participation in casino games or sports betting on the Platform. Third-Party Services
